FLIGHT TRAVEL & AIRPORT TRANSFER

Book your flight to/from Denver International Airport (DEN).  Bailey, CO, is approximately 1 hour and 15-45 minutes southwest of Denver International Airport (DEN). Shuttle service arrangements will be made to transport you to Lone Rock Retreat on Monday, April 25 and return you to the Denver airport on Friday, April 29.  On Monday, April 25, there will be three arrival shuttles to transport you from Denver airport to Lone Rock Retreat: The first arrival shuttle will depart Denver airport at 11:00 am The last shuttle will depart Denver airport at 3:00 pm Please plan your arrival time to catch one of the three shuttles to ensure your arrival at Lone Rock Retreat in time to attend the 5:00 pm opening program, dinner, and introductions.   Our program will end at 12:00 pm on Friday, April 29, 2022. Flight departures from Denver (DEN) on Friday should not depart before 3:00 pm. Where financially possible, we recommend booking a refundable airline ticket if you anticipate not being able to get flight credit or a full refund should the situation call for the cancellation of travel plans. The travel reimbursement allowance for your seminar is $550. Pahara’s travel allowance is not applicable toward upgraded flights or in-flight extras. Let us know as soon as possible if you anticipate having travel expenses in excess of the allowance. Send your flight itinerary to fellows@pahara.org no later than April 15, 2022.

PAHARA'S HEALTH & COVID PROTOCOLS

We are monitoring CDC guidelines and working closely with the staff at Lone Rock to ensure your gathering will take place in as safe and as comfortable an environment as possible. Please refer to our current guidelines for your event - these are subject to change given ongoing guidance shifts from the CDC. If changes are necessary, we will have final protocols approximately a week before your event.
