BIOGRAPHY

Danielle Christina Mulling was born in Detroit, Michigan but was raised in Atlanta, GA where she calls home. After graduating high school, she attended the University of Florida, graduating with a Business Administration degree. After graduating, she started her education career teaching kindergarten in Houston, TX through Teach For America. There she held many roles; teacher, teacher coach, staff recruiter and leadership development coach.

After eleven years at Teach For America, she joined IDEA Public Schools as the inaugural director of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). She now leads the DEI team as the vice president of DEI to support equity-centered work through the organization. Although Danielle Christina Mullings has many things she is proud about related to work, being president of Beyonce's fan club is at the top of the list.
