BIOGRAPHY
Marcus Robinson is the chancellor and chief executive officer of Tindley Accelerated Schools. Tindley is a network of high-performing charter schools committed to the mission of preparing every student for university training through a rigorous, accelerated Early College program.
Marcus has been a teacher and leader in public and private schools in urban Indianapolis and St. Louis. In more than two decades, he has proven that all students can strive for a college degree with the appropriate supports and instruction. He has consulted on issues involving: Urban Education, School Culture, School Leadership, and Classroom Rigor.
Marcus holds a bachelor's degree from DePauw University, master's degrees from Butler University and Teachers College-Columbia University, and he is currently a doctoral student in the Urban Education Leaders Program at Columbia.
