Impact Public Schools (IPS) is seeking a strategic and transformational leader to serve as the Chief Business Officer (CBO). The CBO is responsible for developing and maintaining the operational infrastructure to support our four elementary schools in the Seattle-Tacoma area. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker skilled in vision setting and team management.
They will be experienced in overseeing talent and operations including compliance, benefits administration, facilities, and IT. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the leader will support the development of an innovative talent & operation strategy aligned to Impact’s overall vision & strategic plan. This is a unique opportunity to advance a network committed to meeting its mission of closing the opportunity gap for all students.
Salary: $155,998 to $188,432
