Description: The Chief Schools Officer (CSO) is responsible for driving educational excellence across all schools and programs at EHTP. The CSO will lead the educational performance of the network by establishing a clear vision and strategic direction for instructional leadership, school culture, and school improvement initiatives. The Chief Schools Officer Schools will report to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with EHTP senior leaders across the organization to improve instructional quality and school cultures with the goal of creating an anti-racist learning collective where all students can exercise their brilliance and all students graduate ready for success in college, career, and in life.
Salary: The salary range for this role is $190-230k. EHTP offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
