Description: The KIPP DC CTO leads KIPP DC’s talent acquisition, human resources, and talent development. One of the CTO’s elevated priorities is to update and execute on the innovative and effective strategy that enables KIPP DC to recruit exceptional instructional and regional staff in the context of a changing educational landscape. Relatedly, the CTO will develop a multipronged retention strategy that promotes long-term stability and enhanced student and system performance. The CTO will also manage and lead the multilayered talent team, which include employees with a variety of tenure and experience.
Salary: $180,445 - $222,902
