Description: The Director of Higher Education Policy leads the Higher Education Policy Team with the advancement and long-term vision-setting of the organization’s higher ed policy agenda and provides strategic guidance to the team as it relates to execution of its policy, advocacy, and campaign efforts in addition to leading the conceptualization of the team’s reports, policy briefs and statement development. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, is a strategic thinker, people manager and higher ed advocate with an existing external-facing presence who can support ETW grow its higher ed portfolio and continue to build-upon its stakeholder relationships with peer groups, policymakers, funders and advocates.
Salary: $117,820 - $147,000
