Description: The Director of Operations is the operational leader of our schools. They are critical to the successful and efficient running of the campus. This position is central to the realization of our mission as it provides the team of committed education professionals with excellent operational support, so they can focus on raising the bar of what is possible in education within the Mississippi Delta. Given Clarksdale Collegiate Public Charter School’s strategic plans and forthcoming growth, the Director will play an integral role in establishing the planned second campus and managing both teams across the network. The Director of Operations will therefore be an individual who embraces innovation and continuous improvement and relishes the challenge of finding ways to work smarter and more efficiently. The Director of School Operations will report to the Executive Director.
