Description: ELP is seeking a new Executive Director to support a highly collegial team that serves a body of clients—primarily public schools and districts—that have engaged ELP to help build or improve their performance assessment systems. We’re looking for a veteran educational leader who is experienced in managing and growing an organization devoted to high-quality adult professional learning passionate about high-quality performance assessment and its potential, and committed to a more just and student-centered future for public education. The ELP Executive Director manages the ELP leadership team: the VP of Program, the Director of Operations, and the Director of Research and Innovation. The ELP Executive Director reports to Envision’s Chief Program Officer.
Salary: $140,000 - $165,000
