Description: Legacy seeks a visionary instructional leader who can inspire school principals and their teams to action and leverage innovations to increase student achievement and growth. Reporting to the CEO and Board, the Executive Director (ED) sets the vision for transformative student experiences and leads a senior leadership team to ensure execution. The ED is responsible for all aspects of Legacy Early College’s organizational health, but will have a laser focus on instruction and academic outcomes, enacting the school’s vision/mission, leadership and talent development and support, and meeting the school’s operational goals. The strongest candidates will have an unwavering commitment to Legacy Early College’s vision of seeing all students to and through college.
