Job Title: Lead Principal Supervisor

Description: The Partnership for Los Angeles Schools is seeking a strategic and systems-oriented Lead Principal Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Chief Schools Officer, the Lead Principal Supervisor will support school-wide transformation by supervising and coaching a team of Principal Supervisors to effectively support school leaders and school communities, and enhance academic, cultural, and operational systems in service of student achievement. The Lead Principal Supervisor will manage, support, and coach a small caseload of principals and their teams. Additionally, they will work closely with the Chief Schools Officer to ensure cohesion across school supports and services provided by the Partnership’s cross-functional teams and Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). The Lead Principal Supervisor will utilize their commitment to equity and anti-racism to impact system change, remove barriers, and scale success not only across the Partnership network but within LAUSD and beyond. This is a full-time, year-round position.
Salary: $201,250
