Description: The Partnership for Los Angeles Schools is seeking a Manager of Major Gifts. The Manager of Major Gifts is responsible for supporting the organization’s revenue and fundraising goals through developing and executing effective donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans. The Manager of Major Gifts will build strong relationships with potential and existing donors, and develop and implement solicitation strategies. They will also organize and participate in fundraising and donor cultivation events. The Manager of Major Gifts will oversee donor stewardship, ensuring donors are thanked, engaged, and informed, and accurate records are maintained. This is a full-time, year-round position.

Salary: $76,606 - $82,079
