Description: In this role, the Managing Director, DEIJB will champion innovative and inclusive approaches to continue building a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, justice and belonging (DEIJB) that aligns with PLN’s values and mission to educate and support children and youth, and families to thrive. Serving as a member of the PLN Senior Leadership Team, this person will lead efforts to ensure DEIJB tenets are integrated and embedded in all strategy, processes, and systems at PLN. This role will report to the CEO and will work closely with the communications, human resources, and executive teams as well.
Salary: $113,006 - $174,000
