Description: EdVoice is seeking a passionate and experienced Policy & Research Director to help us champion education policies that will improve opportunities and outcomes for children from low-income communities in California. This leader will monitor and analyze the California education policy landscape to identify opportunities to advance EdVoice's mission. They will develop policy ideas, draft policy recommendations, research promising initiatives in California, and support policy-related communications and events. They are also responsible for staying abreast of key policies and best practices across states, and at the federal level, and synthesizing complex information into clear reports and recommendations.
Salary: $130,000 - $165,000
