Description: Uncommon Schools Roxbury Prep is hiring a Regional Superintendent of Operations to drive excellent operations in our Boston, MA schools. This senior leader will oversee all operations in the region and will be accountable to developing Directors of Operations and ensuring exemplary operations within schools.
Salary: Starting salary is $162,000. We expect that most staff will start at this salary, but starting pay will depend on various factors that may include but are not limited to professional experience, education, training, certifications, tenure with Uncommon Schools, and work location. Because we value staff tenure in each role, we do not currently cap salary ranges.
