Coursemojo is looking for a Senior Director of World Languages. The Senior Director of World Language will serve as the visionary leader for a suite of online language courses. The Learning Team is charged with driving our learning and impact strategy overall, which includes delivering an exceptional online learning experience to our schools and students. We currently have World Language courses in Spanish, Mandarin, and ASL with aspirations to both add levels and languages in the future. The Senior Director will be responsible for the success of student learning and experience in all language classes as measured by student content proficiency, student surveys and class observations.
This person will report to the Chief Learning Officer. This is a full-time, fully remote position for candidates based in the United States and with regular national travel expected (10%). The salary range for candidates based in New York City is $117,900 - $152,100 annually and based on prior work experience. Salaries for candidates outside the NYC area will be adjusted to reflect the local cost of labor.
