Job Title: Vice President, Product - Core Platform

Description: We’re seeking an enthusiastic VP, Product to join the Core Platform team. You will grow, mentor, and lead a team of Product Directors and Product Managers and collaborate cross-functionally to discover insights from research, plan the roadmap, prioritize requirements, infuse our distinct Amplify style, execute on meaningful products and improvements, and launch them to market. You are excited about the challenge of achieving product-market fit, innovating on a compelling set of K-12 products, and creating the best possible experiences for teachers, students, and administrators.
We are looking for someone with the following:
Proven product leader with 10+ years of experience in product management.
6+ years of experience managing product managers.
2+ years of experience managing product directors.
Experience building consumer-facing and business-facing technology products, K-12 education products preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Experience developing software products across the life cycle, using Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking methodologies.
Proven success managing a diverse range of complex stakeholder relationships in a matrixed organization to create focus and deliver on complex systems and products in an ever-evolving environment.
Experience creating go-to-market strategies, leading product launches, and measuring and improving product outcomes.
