BIOGRAPHY

Víctor De La Paz is the Chief Administrative Officer at The Village for Families and Children in Hartford where he is responsible for Real Estate, IT, and Risk Management and Compliance. Prior to The Village he served various leadership roles in organization such Per Scholas, The Peace Corps where he was appointed by the White House Administration to serve as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Achievement First, New Haven Public Schools, Baltimore City Public Schools and Hartford Public Schools. He has also served as Adjunct Professor at the Yale School of Management. Victor has served on the Board of Directors for the Education Leaders of Color (EdLoC) and the National Fellowship for Black and Latino Male Educators (NFBLME). Victor holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University. He lives in Wethersfield Connecticut with his wife Jennifer, 11 year old Victoria and 5 year old Adrian. They can be found biking around town if the weather is good!
