We are thrilled to share about the 2024 Dialogue & Reflection Series. This is a virtual opportunity for Fellows who are school and school system leaders. During this series participants will engage in a moderated text-based discussion and reflect on the values, challenges, and opportunities inherent in effective leadership with members of the Pahara community.

The series will take place in May and July via Zoom conference. This program has been designed for the Pahara community as a way to provide school and school system leaders with space for conversation and action. There will be one reading per session, which will be sent via email a few weeks in advance. 

Each month, there will be four sessions with each session focused on one of the following themes:

• Session 1: Redefining Community 

• Session 2: Power & Human Nature 

• Session 3: Radical Risk 

• Session 4: Legacy & Impact

As we are expecting high interest for this series, the expression of interest form will ask you to share your two session preferences, and the Pahara team will follow up to confirm your session.
