Celine Coggins is an independent consultant and Expert-in-Residence at the Harvard iLab, coaching aspiring social entrepreneurs. She was previously the founder and CEO of Teach Plus, ED of Grantmakers for Education, and a lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is the author of more than two dozen reports and journal articles and the author of four books. She earned her Ph. D. in Education Policy Analysis from Stanford University.
