Mike Montoya is an expert at helping organizations design and improve educational programs that impact young people. He has extensive experience recruiting, coaching and supporting senior leaders in schools, school systems, and education non-profit organizations. Prior to founding Stronger Consulting, Mike was a senior director at The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems, where he designed and led the leadership development program and career and management coaching support for alumni of The Broad Residency in Urban Education and The Broad Academy for Superintendents.  Mike brings more than two decades of experience in program implementation and evaluation, leadership and management capacity building, and talent acquisition. He has been responsible for the placement of director-level and higher roles in public school systems and education sector serving non-profits since 2008. Through his leadership he has been responsible for the placement of more than 500 individuals in school systems, districts and charter, and youth-serving non-profits across the US.
