VITALITY PILOT PROGRAM

An exploration of physical health in support of your vitality.

Designed in partnership with medical experts, including Dr. Rachel Carlton Abrams, this Vitality Pilot program is a first-of-its-kind, 9-month experience that will guide Pahara Fellows through a deep exploration of their physical health in pursuit of meaningful solutions that support their vitality.

 

Over the course of the program, participants will gain clarity and confidence in navigating their unique health journeys, all alongside a nurturing community of peers.

 

This program is open to Pahara Fellows who have completed their Pahara Fellowship journey by the time of the program start date.

This new program is in its pilot phase, and we're excited to invite our Fellows to join us in this initial journey. As a participant you will have a direct impact on its development, helping us to shape and strengthen this offering for future success.

TIME

COMMITMENT

The Vitality Pilot program will include a mix of in-person retreats and virtual gatherings over the course of 9 months. In addition to the full group gatherings outlined in the timeline below, participants will be asked to engage in informal, small-group check-ins. 

 

To ensure participants experience the full benefits of the program, Fellows must be able to attend all in-person retreats.

 

Additionally, labs (bloodwork) will be an optional component of the program. Participants will have the opportunity to work directly with Dr. Abrams to establish a health baseline and track progress.

Concluding Weekend Retreat @ Lone Rock Retreat

Three in-person retreats will be held at Lone Rock Retreat in Bailey, CO over the course of the program. The 3-day weekend retreats will run from Friday through Sunday, and will include a mix of information, breakout groups with sharing, learning, and supporting each other, group visualization, movement exercises, personal journaling, art, and more.

VIRTUAL

GATHERINGS

In-person retreats will be followed by 3 monthly Zoom meetings for 90 min each, scheduled for a time most convenient for the participants. Together, participants will brainstorm topics to discuss that feel most supportive to their health goals.

 

A sample list of topics include: 

 

  • Digestion and the Intestinal Microbiome

  • Cardiovascular Prevention

  • Diabetes and Metabolic Health

  • Sleep, Rest and Feeling Energized

  • Preventing and Ameliorating Allergy and Autoimmune Disease

  • Cultivating a Healthy Mind and Preventing Neurocognitive Decline

PROGRAM

COST

Fellows, or their employer/organization, are expected to cover travel to and from Denver. If the cost of travel would prevent your participation, an allowance is available upon request.
