There is a two night minimum per booking event. A booking group cannot book two separate individual groups of people to meet this requirement. Two-night only events must arrive on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Multi night events can arrive on any available day.

On limited occasions and at the discretion of the Pahara team, event blocks of up to 15 people are bookable only 90 days prior to the event. Event blocks of up to 30 and 60 people are bookable starting a year in advance. You must book a 30-block, or more, to receive private access to a Lodge Floor.

Rates for booking the property include: • Full use of the facilities including trails and seasonal activities • Meeting spaces and available meeting equipment (NOTE: you must book a 30-block, or more, to receive private access to a Lodge Floor) • Curated food and beverage offerings, including: • Arrival-day dinner • Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner during full program days • Departure-day breakfast • Thoughtfully placed break-out snacks • Wine and beer service • Additional meal and beverage services available for an additional cost

Guest reservations, mobile number, email address, emergency contact, food allergies and intolerances for the Event will be provided to Pahara Institute at Lone Rock from the group's point of contact no later than 30 days prior to the event start date.

Group rates are based on the number of nights at the retreat, nonprofit status, ability to pay. A tax rate of 5.9% applies to all bookings. Exempt organizations must submit a tax-exempt form at time of booking. The property has a two-night minimum stay restriction. Exceptions are available based on circumstances.

Bookings cancelled 365 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged for the entire group booking amount. If the property can rebook the dates and recover the revenue loss of the cancellation, the cancellation fee will be waived.

• Pahara Institute at Lone Rock will invoice the group at the time of booking for the entire stay. • Groups will have 30 days to submit prepayment for the booking. • Pahara Institute at Lone Rock prefers check or ACH payment transfers. • If a cancellation refund is due, Pahara Institute at Lone Rock will send a check within 30 days of the cancellation. • Guests who arrange to stay before or after the group dates will be required to pay for those nights on their own via credit card, based on availability.

When a booking request is submitted, the Pahara team will respond to the inquiry within 24 hours.

A booking party has 48 hours from the receipt of the contract to execute. If a signed contract is not received by 5pm MST on the second day, the reserved rooms will be released back into Pahara's general inventory to be resold.

Event block date inquiries will only be held for 48 hours. Once dates are secured and the contract is being created: A group's booking request will be protected throughout the negotiation process which will last no later than 45 days (including contract execution and payment due date). This will ensure there are no double bookings. However, an event is confirmed if and only if a contract has been signed within 48 hours and payment has been received by Pahara within 30 days, otherwise reservations will revert into the available inventory pool.

Guest reservations, mobile number, email address, emergency contact, food allergies and intolerances for the event will be provided to Pahara Institute at Lone Rock from each individual participant no later than 30 days prior to the event start date via www.pahara.org/booking.(http://www.pahara.org/booking)
