Karla Oakley is an independent consultant focused on vision and strategy, leader evolution, and leadership team formation and coherence. Karla's great wish is to serve the future - to give more than she takes. Her practice draws on her own 25 years of leadership and management in the non-profit education sector, as well as on her personal search for meaning and right relationship. Karla spent 19 years in various leadership roles at TNTP; she holds a BS in Psychology from Duke University.
