School Leader Lab is looking for a Program Director (Coaching & Facilitation). We are adding to our team to inspire school leaders to build thriving schools where students and staff can flourish.This role is for you if:
✨ You’re an experienced leader: You’ve served as an Assistant Principal or Principal and know what it takes to run a successful school.
✨ You love adult development: You thrive on coaching leaders 1:1 and facilitating "brave spaces" for cohorts to grow.
✨ You’re mission-driven: You are deeply committed to the longevity of leaders supporting Black and Brown children.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000
