The Pahara Fellowship brings together exceptional leaders from across the education ecosystem. Using time-tested methods of text-based dialogue, mindfulness practices, and grounding in nature, the Fellowship creates space for leaders to reflect on the leadership, identity, equity, and values tensions inherent in effective leadership.
