The Partnership for Los Angeles Schools is seeking a strategic Principal Supervisor for our elementary schools. Principal Supervisors coach, develop, and hold accountable school principals to ensure all students, especially Black students and emergent bilingual learners, receive an excellent education. Guided by the Partnership’s 2030 Strategic Plan, Principal Supervisors build principal capacity to ensure Partnership schools deliver high-quality instruction, execute strong data cycles, foster identity-affirming school cultures, strategically use resources, and lead their instructional leadership teams (ILTs) with coherence and impact.
Salary: $171,433
