As a member of the Leadership Team, the Vice President of Futures Design and Innovation sits within the TNTP’s Transformation Division and leads TNTP’s efforts to anticipate and shape the future of education. This leader oversees the design, prototyping, and codification of new service models, frameworks, and tools that advance equitable student mobility and strengthen TNTP’s long-term strategy to supporting all learners towards social and economic mobility.

Salary Range: $168,000 - $252,000
