Job Title: School Quality and Program Lead

Description: The School Quality and Program Lead develops DCSC’s High-Quality, Intentionally Diverse (HQID) Charter School Framework and designs and executes all programming so that participating school leaders may implement and sustain transformative education experiences.
Responsibilities:
Vision and Strategy
Develop and steward a vision for DCSC’s HQID Charter School Framework through deep member engagement, partner input, and field-wide, research-based best practice
Stay abreast of developments and best-practices in the K-12 ecosystem by building trusting relationships with instructional leaders across the country, understanding common challenges in intentionally diverse schools and aligning DCSC programming to meet those needs
Be a voice for DCSC’s insights on our emerging High-Quality, Intentionally Diverse Charter School Framework at conferences, webinars, and through written media, in alignment with broader organizational goals
Program Leadership and Management
Lead programmatic development and implementation for DCSC’s three core programs (Communities of Practice, UnifiED and Annual Convening), aligned to DCSC’s 25-29 five-year strategic plan, including the HQID framework.
Refine and establish measurable, achievable program area goals and objectives on an annual basis and monitor progress.
Ensure the coordination, logistics, and delivery of programs and related activities (both virtual and in-person experiences) meet or exceed expectations of clients, partners, funders, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate a collaborative, rigorous and right-sized process to recruit, select, on-board and evaluate consultants for each DCSC program.
Collaborate with the Operations Lead and External Relations Lead on core overlapping projects.
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
