Dr. Abiodun Durojaye is a visionary education and nonprofit executive dedicated to building education and workforce systems that truly serve the communities they impact. With nearly two decades of experience partnering with diverse stakeholders to advance equity, opportunity, and belonging, she brings clarity, courage, and humanity to every organization she leads.
Most recently, Abiodun served as chief executive officer of Urban Alliance, where she guided strategy, people systems, and operations to strengthen education-to-career pathways for young people in urban communities. She has held senior leadership roles across higher education and nonprofit sectors, working closely with boards and executive teams to navigate growth, complexity, and transformation.

At National Louis University, Abiodun was executive director of career services and placement, where she reimagined career outcomes through employer partnerships and campus collaboration. At Ivy Tech Community College, she served as interim vice chancellor of student success and director of career services, leading statewide efforts to integrate student success with career-connected learning, impacting thousands of learners.

Throughout her career, Abiodun has been a builder of systems, cultivator of people, and strategic leader who understands sustainable impact lives at the intersection of vision, culture, and operational excellence. She fosters environments where students thrive, educators feel supported, and institutions confidently meet future challenges.

In addition to her executive roles, Abiodun founded AsidaLove, a consulting practice that partners with education and nonprofit leaders to enhance organizational design, leadership development, and reflective practice. Through AsidaLove, she creates transformative learning experiences rooted in equity, belonging, and authentic community partnership.
A first-generation Nigerian immigrant and mother, Abiodun leads with rigor and heart, believing that excellence and humanity are inseparable. She is committed to shaping education systems that honor people, unlock potential, and create lasting pathways to opportunity.
