Alex Busch is a partner at the Charter School Growth Fund ("CSGF"). In 2025, Alex launched the $500M Dell Catalyst Fund while leading CSGF's school finance and facility support and lending practice. Additionally, Alex has been a board member of Blueprint, a national school real estate development and support nonprofit since 2021. Prior to joining CSGF in 2014, Alex was on a six-person team managing a concentrated $1.5 billion financial fund based in Charlottesville, Virginia. She also spent time as an investment banker in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Consumer & Retail group, based in New York. Alex graduated with highest honors from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with a BSBA in business administration and a minor in anthropology.
