Aqua (she/her) is the Founder/CEO of Stovall Consulting Firm. She uses decades of school and nonprofit leadership experience and an intersectional approach to change management to partner with educational institutions to develop learning environments where all students thrive. This work includes making Universal Design for Learning (UDL) the gold standard for inclusion classrooms, creating authentically student-driven IEP processes, and developing equitable implementation plans for AI in the classroom.

As the founder of the equity-focused Special Education Leader Fellowship (SELF), Aqua spearheaded remarkable growth in the organization's budget. Through strategic partnerships with schools and nonprofits, Aqua led innovative initiatives rooted in UDL practices. By implementing scalable programs, advocating for inclusive education, and fostering collaborations, Aqua drove both mission and financial success, positioning the organization as a key player in transforming special education with a focus on equity in partnering schools and districts.
