BIOGRAPHY
Brad Jupp is a retired educator, which affords him the lovely opportunity to work in a wide range of diverse responsibilities. Right now he divides his time largely between three responsibilities: serving as a Senior Adviser to Superintendent Jaime Aquino in the San Antonio Independent School District, developing leaders of Indigenized schools for the Native American Community Academy's (NACA) Inspired Schools Network, and advising Colorado Senator Michael Bennet. Jupp's career began in the Denver Public Schools, where he was a teacher from 1986 to 2005, and a Senior Advisor to then-Superintendent Bennet from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, he left Denver Public Schools for the Obama administration, first as a Senior Advisor to Secretary of Education Arne Duncan and then as the senior K12 leader in the Bureau of Indian Education.
