Carrie Douglass is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of School Board Partners, a national nonprofit that supports a community of diverse elected school board members to lead with courage, competence and impact.

Carrie was previously a teacher, school leader, district and CMO executive, and non-profit executive. Carrie has been twice elected to the Bend-La Pine School Board in Oregon and served as the Board Chair throughout the pandemic and a superintendent search. Carrie also owns two small businesses and lives in Bend with her husband and two school-aged daughters. Carrie holds a bachelor's degree in teaching and an MBA in finance and strategy.
