Courtney Hughley--Vice President of Communications at NACSA--is a Kansas City native, Houston resident, proud wife, on-the-go mama of three, sports fan, eternal learner and avid podcast listener. She is an experienced organizational leader with a unique combination of strategy, operational and communications expertise across corporate, nonprofit and entrepreneurial organizations.

Courtney holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri—Kansas City and a Bachelor of Journalism degree in broadcast from the University of Missouri.

When she is not advocating for high-quality educations for all kids, Courtney can be found momming, listening to a good audiobook or cheering on the Kansas City Current, Royals, and Chiefs.
