BIOGRAPHY

I am a systems thinker, builder, and facilitator who loves turning vision into impact.

For more than two decades, I have designed high-impact programs, built and scaled organizations, and supported leaders navigating complexity and change. As a four-time founder and executive leader, my experience includes national startups, multi-site strategy, school transformation, and leadership transitions grounded in clarity, care, and long-term sustainability.

I am known for translating bold ideas into actionable plans and helping teams align around what matters most. I thrive in complexity and bring a steady, grounded presence to moments of uncertainty. My leadership approach centers trust and deep respect for people, particularly across lines of difference. I believe inclusive leadership is not an add-on, but a prerequisite for lasting impact.

Matrescence profoundly reshaped how I lead. Becoming a mother cracked me open to a level of self-inquiry and self-love I did not previously know was possible. It sharpened my discernment, strengthened my boundaries, and expanded my capacity to lead with both rigor and self-compassion. This personal transformation continues to shape my professional practice, grounding my work in sustainability, presence, and truth.

Today, I am most energized by designing transformational programs, supporting leaders through pivotal transitions, and building cultures where people and performance thrive together. I bring a builder’s mindset, a facilitator’s heart, and a systems lens to everything I do.

I am honored to join the Pahara Fellowship community and excited to learn alongside peers committed to equity, courageous leadership, and shaping systems that endure.
