BIOGRAPHY

David Hardy Jr. is a nationally recognized executive coach, speaker, and strategist who helps high-capacity leaders move from complexity to clarity—and from intention to meaningful action. As founder and CEO of All 365, he has developed a transformative approach to leadership rooted in authenticity, courage, and systemic change, supporting work on 3 continents in over 75 organizations worldwide..

With more than two decades of experience spanning education and organizational leadership, David has served in roles from classroom teacher to superintendent, leading significant turnarounds in some of the nation’s most challenged school systems. Under his leadership, Lorain City Schools achieved its highest performance in nearly 25 years, improving from an F to a B in the state’s Achievement Gap Closing metric.

David later served as Vice President for People and Culture at Education Elements and co-founded Made By Change. Today, he coaches leaders across sectors—from tech executives at Google to senior leaders in billion-dollar organizations and professional athletes seeking to lead beyond their sport.

Through All 365, David provides executive coaching, leadership retreats, and group learning experiences designed to help leaders unlock their potential and create lasting impact. He is the architect of the Apex Strategy, a five-stage framework guiding individuals and organizations through catalytic growth, and the foundation of his forthcoming book, Unmapped (2026).

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, David is a graduate of Colgate University and Columbia University and serves on nonprofit boards, including the Pahara Institute. His work has impacted more than 100,000 people worldwide and has been featured at national conferences and keynote stages, including the Chicago Bulls.

At his core, David believes leadership is an act of courage, love, and responsibility—a belief that shapes both his work and his life with his partner, Leslie, and their three children.
