David Hardy Jr. is a nationally recognized executive coach, speaker, and strategist dedicated to guiding high-capacity leaders through complexity toward clarity and impactful action. As the founder and CEO of All 365, David has pioneered a transformative approach to leadership that emphasizes authenticity, courage, and systemic change.
With over two decades of experience in education and organizational leadership, David has held pivotal roles—from classroom teacher to superintendent—where he led significant turnarounds in some of the nation's most challenged school districts. Under his leadership, Lorain City Schools achieved its highest performance marks in nearly 25 years, moving from an F to a B grade in the Achievement Gap Closing metric.
Transitioning from education to broader organizational consulting, David’s first stop was as the VP for People and Culture at Education Elements after his work in K-12 space is where he realized the power of building self-efficacy in others can make the change we all want to see. David then co-founded Made By Change, a consultancy group aimed at dismantling systemic challenges within organizations. His work has since expanded to coaching executives from boardrooms to basketball courts, including tech leaders at Google, senior officials in billion-dollar companies, and professional athletes looking to lead beyond the game.
David's coaching philosophy centers on the belief that true leadership begins with self-awareness and the courage to confront and reimagine personal and organizational narratives. Through All 365, he offers a suite of services—from one-on-one coaching to executive group sessions—designed to empower leaders to unlock their full potential and drive meaningful change.
He is a proud graduate of Colgate University and Columbia University, David is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a board member, and a moderator for Pahara Institute. With over 75 clients worldwide, impact over 100,000 people, he has gain acclaim for his approach to leadership and leadersh development. David is known for his transformational approach to leadership—rooted in real stories, honest reflection, and bold action. He is the architect of the Apex Strategy, a framework that guides individuals and organizations through five catalytic stages of growth–all of which will be the foundation of his first book that will be released in 2026. As a result his insights have been featured at national conferences, including the Towards a Shared Vision Conference, where he spoke on improving social mobility within organizations. He has also had the honor of keynoting at convenings large and small, most notably for the Chicago Bulls about being an emotionally aware leader.
Whether on stage or in a coaching session, David brings a blend of truth, humor, and unwavering belief in the transformative power of leadership grounded in authenticity and love. This love extends to his beautiful family, brilliant life partner, Leslie and their three kids that he shamelessly photographs through is love and passion as a professional photographer–work that has landed that has been featured in a magazine or two.
