De-Lea brings 20 +years of leadership experience to her leadership coaching, facilitation, and equity-centered strategic advising. Over the past eight years, De-Lea led race, equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI) work for Achievement First, serving over 15,000 students across grades K-12. Currently, De-Lea serves as a strategic thought partner and confidante to senior leaders and executives through the coaching and consulting company that she founded, A Higher Bar for Leadership, LLC. De-Lea loves spending time with her friends and family, running, and enjoying nature.
