BIOGRAPHY

Eduardo Briceño is a global keynote speaker and facilitator who guides many of the world’s leading companies in developing cultures of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance. His TED and TEDx talks on growth mindset and the Learning Zone have been viewed more than nine million times. Formerly, he co-founded Mindset Works, the first company to offer growth mindset development services, and served as its CEO for over a decade. He is the author of The Performance Paradox: Turning the Power of Mindset into Action, which was selected as a Must-Read by the Next Big Idea Club and as a Silver Medalist for the Axiom Business Book Awards. The book was also shortlisted for the BookPal Outstanding Works of Literature (OWL) Award and for the Thinkers50 Breakthrough Idea Award. Eduardo is a Pahara-Aspen Fellow, a member of the Aspen Institute’s Global Leadership Network, and an inductee in the Happiness Hall of Fame. He holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA and M.A. in education from Stanford.
