BIOGRAPHY
Elliott leads EFF’s advancement strategy, development activities, and relationship management with philanthropic partners and stakeholders. He oversees philanthropic research, systems management, and outreach to current and prospective supporters of EFF’s mission.
With his professional experiences at IDEA Public Schools, the Texas Public Charter Schools Association, and recently at ER2, an edtech company, Elliott has been a fierce advocate for school choice and supported growth and expansion of the sector in multiple states. Elliott’s interest in understanding others, their motivations, and desired outcomes has led him to success in both building and maintaining strong personal and professional relationships.
As the child of refugees, Elliott understands firsthand the power of education to change the trajectory of children, families, and communities. He is a graduate of Wittenberg University with degrees in Political Science and East Asian Studies. Elliott lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, two sons, and two Goldendoodles. In his spare time, Elliott is deeply passionate about all things food related, gardening, technology, and is an avid Austin FC soccer fan.
