Felix Li serves as the chief operations and people officer at Summit Public Schools, where he leads the organization’s strategic efforts in regional and school-based operations, facilities, technology, human resources, recruitment and selection, talent systems, and labor relations.

Prior to joining Summit, Felix spent nine years at Uncommon Schools as an associate chief operating officer and school leader of an all-boys K-8 school in Brooklyn, New York. Earlier in his career, Felix founded and led Teacher Space NY, a boutique real estate brokerage, and taught middle school mathematics for five years as a Teach for America corps member, helping to design and launch his school’s first algebra regents program and serving as a math content specialist.

Felix earned bachelor's degrees in public policy and sociology with honors from Duke University, and holds a master’s degree in teaching from Pace University. Felix lives in the Bay Area where he coaches his kids’ soccer teams and believes there’s always room for dessert.
