Jen Davis Wickens is Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Seminar, a national community of charter leaders that provides tools, professional development, and connection for the next generation of leaders across the sector.
Jen has co-led the launch of over a dozen high performing, K-12 charter schools across the country. Most notably, she founded Impact Public Schools, the largest public charter network in Washington state. Jen served as the Chief Regional Officer for Summit Public Schools - spearheading the organization’s growth to Washington and launching the state’s first charter schools. She co-founded the Washington State Charter Schools Association, and served in system level roles in large, urban districts. At Envision Schools, Jen was the Vice President of Teaching and Learning after serving as the founding principal of Impact Academy, which continues to be one of the highest performing schools for low income youth in the Bay Area. She is a graduate of Willamette University and Seattle University, where she earned a Master in Education. Jen was a fellow at both New Leaders for New Schools and the Stanford Principal Fellows program. She sits on a variety of boards, serves as an active volunteer in her community, and is committed to the Seattle chapter of Young Presidents Organization.
Jen is a proud wife and mother to two daughters and a black lab. She loves the outdoors, travel adventures, Young Adult Lit novels, and good food.
