Jenn Charlot is an educator, innovator, and serial entrepreneur who has dedicated her career to designing transformative learning environments for real-world impact. As co-founder of RevX, she leads programming that empowers students through career-aligned, identity-affirming experiences. Over the last 20 years, she has led early-stage school design and research and development at Transcend, scaled Career and Technical Education programs in New York City, expanded alternative employment pathways for high schoolers and students with learning disabilities (District 79), and held leadership roles at Turnaround for Children and her nonprofit, Konbit Pou Edikasyon in Haiti.
Jenn holds a doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard University, an MS from Columbia University, and a BA from Boston College.
