Louise is the Co-Founder and CEO of Peer Health Exchange, an organization that builds healthier communities with young people. PHE has served 200,000 young people since 2003 and has just launched selfsea, a digital community by young people for young people. As an undergrad at Yale, Louise co-founded and directed the pilot program that inspired Peer Health Exchange in response to a call to action from New Haven high school students. Louise is a Pahara Fellow and an Ashoka Fellow. She is honored to serve as the Board Chair for I AM ALS, a patient-driven movement to cure ALS and serve as a model for other rare disease. Louise graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in History. She lives in SF with her husband and three sons.
