Naoko Kudo is the People Strategy & Operations Director at Hazel Health, the nation's leading K-12 telehealth provider. Prior to joining Hazel Health, Naoko served on the Biden-Harris Presidential Transition Team and was the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Organizing Corps 2020, an organization that recruited, trained, and placed 1,000 organizers to serve on the 2020 presidential campaign. She also has experiences that cut across public, private, and nonprofit sectors including Obama for America, Americorps, Achievement First, The Primary School, as well as seed-to-Series C tech start-ups. Naoko holds an MS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and currently calls Oakland, CA home.
