BIOGRAPHY

Natasha Telesford Williams is the Chief Financial Officer of City Fund, a nonprofit that partners with local leaders to create innovative public school systems. Natasha’s passion lies in creating sustainable operational models, fostering diverse talent, and developing agile systems that maximize impact and efficiency.

Before joining City Fund, she served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Achievement Network, where she facilitated the development and implementation of a sustainable model that aligned talent, systems, and financial resources to maximize educational outcomes for students in over twenty-five states. Her professional commitment to the education sector was sparked while serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at Platform Learning, an after-school tutoring network that tutored over 50,000 US elementary school students. Natasha also has experience in investment banking and corporate finance, having worked with Merrill Lynch and Procter & Gamble.

Natasha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. She is deeply committed to her community, serving as a board member for Brooke Charter Schools, The Steppingstone Foundation, Teach Plus, and Boston Latin School. She lives with her husband and son in Boston, MA, and enjoys traveling and snowboarding.
