Neil Phillips is the Founder of Visible Men Impact Network, a non-profit agency dedicated to elevating black boys and men in America to new heights of achievement, fulfillment, and family and community contribution via the celebration of accomplished black men. The organization collects insights and inspiration from black male role models and passes them on to school age boys through a unique digital platform featuring a groundbreaking success curriculum. In 2013, Neil co-founded Visible Men Academy (VMA), an all-boys K-5 charter school in Bradenton, Florida. While serving as founding Principal and CEO, Neil led VMA to high levels of academic achievement and local and regional impact, successfully leveraging the school’s unique character development focus into transformational results. Neil is married to Shannon Rohrer-Phillips, his wonderful wife of 25 years, and he is father to two rapidly growing and beautiful boys, Reece and Blair.
