BIOGRAPHY
Oliver Sicat has spent his career building successful organizations across the country that create positive multigenerational change.
He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ednovate, a network of public high schools created with the University of Southern California. Oliver began his career as a classroom teacher in Boston Public Schools, where he was named Teacher of the Year. He founded Emagine, a college prep program in Roxbury, MA, then went on to launch UIC College Prep with the Noble Network of Charter Schools in Chicago before being appointed by the mayor to the executive team of Chicago Public Schools. He has since launched OpenSeat, a national 1:1 student wellness platform, and OC4ALL, an initiative expanding access to quality schools and economic opportunity.
A graduate of USC and Harvard, Oliver is a Pahara-Aspen Fellow, Broad Academy Fellow at the Yale School of Management, three-time TEDx speaker, and a member of YPO in both Los Angeles and Orange County.
Outside of work, he’s a husband, home chef, and proud father of three, currently six years deep in diaper duty. He once ran marathons, read, and played golf.
