Yeime began her career overseeing a comprehensive educational program in the Bronx serving children and adults. She managed program design and implementation, trained parents and educators, and built systems that helped families engage more deeply in their children’s learning while connecting them to community resources.
She later joined Brilla as the Founding Operations Leader and went on to serve as Senior Network Director of Operations. In these roles, she helped build the organization’s operational foundation and guided its expansion from one school to eight. She focused on establishing strong systems, developing leaders, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across campuses.
Yeime also led the El Camino and Seton Teaching Fellows programs, supporting the development of early-career educators and strengthening the teacher pipeline. She designed training structures, coached emerging leaders, and oversaw the creation of a values-based instructional curriculum implemented across the network.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a degree in Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts. Yeime lives in New York with her husband and their six children. Her work reflects a deep commitment to expanding opportunity, supporting families, and building institutions that create lasting impact in the communities they serve.
