Zach Craddock is the superintendent of Third Future Schools, a charter network operating eleven campuses in three states. Zach is an original member of Third Future Schools starting as their founding principal of their first school, the Academy of Advanced Learning. Mr. Craddock has served in TFS as a principal, Executive Director of School, and Chief of Schools, prior to moving into the Superintendent role in June of 2023. Zach has been intimately involved in opening all campuses and expansion since 2017. Prior to joining Third Future Schools, Zach served for 19 years in a variety of positions to include teacher, principal, Director Special Programs, and Executive Director of Individualized Education in public districts in Colorado and Georgia. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina-Aiken and a master's degree from Albany State University.
